Personified Safety Pins: Photography by Jun C

Bringing life to inanimate objects is a form of poetry and art and Chinese photographer Jun C has mastered the technique. In this safety pin series, he shows lonely safety pins contemplating their existence and safety pin couples falling in love. Orison Swett Marden once said, “Forests, lakes, and rivers, clouds and winds, stars and flowers, stupendous glaciers and crystal snowflakes – every form of animate or inanimate existence, leaves its impress upon the soul of man.” This thought is evident in the works of Jun C.
